公司在2017年組建了實(shí)體，并于2018年開工建設(shè)。于2019年底建設(shè)完成，項(xiàng)目總投資10億元人民幣，注冊(cè)資金2.68億人民幣。項(xiàng)目用地110畝，一期占地46畝。目前山聯(lián)已完成從小試到大試的過(guò)程，第一條生產(chǎn)線投產(chǎn)，其中年產(chǎn)4萬(wàn)噸PMU粒料，1萬(wàn)噸薄膜生產(chǎn)線，并配備了1萬(wàn)噸的涂布設(shè)備、分切包裝設(shè)備系列的完整的薄膜膠帶生產(chǎn)線，同時(shí)完成了5000噸MU?瓦楞包裝生產(chǎn)線。山聯(lián)股份主要生產(chǎn)擁有自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的PMU無(wú)機(jī)·生物降解材料（PMU粒料）、MU?薄膜膠帶系列及MU?瓦楞包裝系列。山聯(lián)擁有PMU無(wú)機(jī)·生物降解材料（即PMU粒料）和MU?膠帶的完全中國(guó)自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)，獲得國(guó)家發(fā)明專利，并將PMU粒料的發(fā)明專利申請(qǐng)了PCT國(guó)際專利。該項(xiàng)目列入湖州2017年“大好高”項(xiàng)目，2018年浙江省重大產(chǎn)業(yè)項(xiàng)目，2019年起即通過(guò)國(guó)家高新技術(shù)企業(yè)驗(yàn)收，獲“綠色工廠”稱號(hào)。

The company formed the entity in 2017 and started construction in 2018. The construction will be completed by the end of 2019, with a total investment of 1 billion yuan and a registered capital of 268 million yuan. The project land covers 110 mu, and the first phase covers an area of 46 mu. At present, Shanlian has completed the test of the project, and the first production line has been put into operation, with an annual output of 40,000 tons of PMU grain, 10,000 tons of film production line, equipped with 10,000 tons of coating equipment, complete film tape packaging equipment series, and 5,000 tons of MU ? corrugated packaging production line. Shanlian mainly produces PMU inorganic biodegradable materials (PMU particles), MU ? film tape series and MU ? corrugated packaging series with independent intellectual property rights. Shanlian has the fully independent intellectual property rights of PMU inorganic biodegradable materials (i. e., PMU particles) and MU ? tape, and has obtained the national invention patent, and has applied for the PCT international patent for the invention patent of PMU particles. The project has been included in the Huzhou "Great High" project in 2017 and a major industrial project in Zhejiang Province in 2018. Since 2019, it has passed the acceptance of national high-tech enterprise and won the title of "Green Factory".
