宇皓造紙技術(shù)達(dá)到國(guó)際領(lǐng)先水平，其原理是利用碳酸鈣及煤矸石粉為主要原料，以高分子材料及多種無機(jī)物為基材輔助材料，利用高分子界面化學(xué)原理和填充改性的特點(diǎn)，經(jīng)特殊工藝處理后，吹塑加工成型，生產(chǎn)出的一種可循環(huán)利用、具有現(xiàn)代技術(shù)特點(diǎn)的新型紙張。該產(chǎn)品可用于替代文化用紙、工業(yè)用紙、包裝用紙、家庭用紙等各方面，具有耐撕、耐折、耐油、防水、防霉、化學(xué)無毒、可直接接觸食品等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。

與傳統(tǒng)造紙工藝相比，該生產(chǎn)過程無需用水，不消耗林木資源，不產(chǎn)生廢氣、廢渣，產(chǎn)品可降解，屬無污染的綠色環(huán)保項(xiàng)目。年產(chǎn)12萬噸環(huán)保紙可節(jié)約淡水資源2400萬立方；每年可節(jié)約木材240萬棵，相當(dāng)于植樹造林32.4萬畝；單位能耗僅為傳統(tǒng)造紙工藝的2/3,是一個(gè)循環(huán)發(fā)展綜合利用的高科技項(xiàng)目。

A new type of paper with the characteristics of modern technology and recycling. The product can be used to replace cultural paper, industrial paper, packaging paper, household paper and other aspects. It has the advantages of tear resistance, folding resistance, oil resistance, waterproof, mildew resistance, chemical non-toxicity, direct contact with food, etc.

Compared with the traditional paper-making process, the production process does not need water, does not consume forest resources, does not produce waste gas, waste residue, and the product is degradable, which is a pollution-free green environmental protection project. The annual output of 120,000 tons of environmental paper can save 24 million cubic meters of freshwater resources; 2.4 million trees can be saved annually, equivalent to 324,000 mu of afforestation; the unit energy consumption is only 2/3 of the traditional paper-making process, which is a high-tech project for recycling development and comprehensive utilization.
