The company has developed profound technical strength, standardized management model and high-quality awareness in all aspects. We were the first domestic company that imported a whole set of equipment from South Korea. We adopt EPE pearl cotton 170 and 250 type foaming production line (un-corrugated and corrugated types). Our annual capacity of sheet materials of 0.4-25MM single-sheet and of composite thickness less than 150MM are 5000 tons. We produce 5000 tons of one-step molding thick plate and 3000 tons of PE films annually. Our yearly sale volume has surpassed 100 million yuan. 2017年總公司在常州市金壇儒林工業(yè)園區(qū)投資3億元，征用土地50多畝，建造廠房25000多平方米。主要生產(chǎn)最新工藝的環(huán)保型EPE珍珠棉，寬幅（1000-2600）三層共擠LDPE膜、MLLDPE膜、高分子粘接膜、彩色紋理膜，SYS.plank一次成型EPE珍珠棉厚扳，特種阻燃EPE珍珠棉，40-220kg/m3高密度EPE珍珠棉單片，64kg、100kg五層復(fù)合EPE珍珠棉等系列產(chǎn)品。

In 2017, the parent company invested 300 million yuan in Changzhou Jintan Rulin Industrial Park, acquired more than 33,000 sqm of land, and built plants covering an area of more than 25,000 sqm. The new plants mainly produce environment-friendly EPE pearl cottons with the latest state-of-art technology, width (1000-2600) three-layer co-extrusion LDPE films, MLLDPE films, polymer adhesive films, SYS.plank one-step molding EPE pearl cotton thick plates, special flame retardant EPE pearl cotton, 40-220kg/ m3 high-density EPE pearl cotton single sheet, 64kg 100kg five-layer composite EPE pearl cotton and series of other products.
